napakasaya nitong mga nagdaang linggo. bakit nga ba?

 1) umuwi na si rianne at ang aming mga pasalubong!

2) andito lahat ng pinsan ko at mga tito't titang pwedeng i-leech

3) BAKASYON --> Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist at Cave of the Winds = thunderous harmony); Finger Lakes, NY (Old school house pero ang saya); Cornell U (5 more ivies to visit! grad-->mit!); State parks (nature na naman..hiking along trails while talking and admiring the scenery); Kainan (steak, liempo, spinach salad, tortillas, quesadillas, etc.= +5 lbs); Transformers (Megan Fox, akin ka nalang..); Camera hunting; bonding sessions; at marami pang iba..

4) trabaho this thursday ($10 an hour/6-8 hours a day/20 days = pambakasyon next year!)

5) tutoring...basta..haha

6) Pasukan na naman...pakamatay. masaya at pahirap at the same time

7) US Open

8) Lorwyn block ng Magic the Gathering

9) At marami pang iba..

grabe...1 year...so much have changed and i realized the following things:

NUMBER ONE: time flies by VERY fast. grabe, parang kahapon lang na nandito kami and then before i know it, i am going into my second year na! yey

2) learn from everything bad and good

3) friends are always there kahit iwan mo..(salamat forren and blockq peeps) sana maalala niyo pa ko pag nagkita tayo ulit at may mga mansyon na kayo. nakareserve na ko ng kwarto ah

4) stick to ur principles and have a goal. makes your decisions so much easier

5) GO to the gym

6) work for moolah. save up for next year

7) slow down and admire the surroundings

8) ang tanda ko na - less than 2 weeks legal na ko dito..yesssssss

9) never take thermodynamics and organic chemistry in the same semester (pero gagawin ko pa rin, pakamatay ulit)

10) find something fun out of everything..

11) uhm, marami pa..ata

haha...so far so good...as i said pakamatay sem again..

last monday, kinausap ko yung isang dean to inquire if i can finish my degree in 3 years time.

 sadly, di raw pwede kasin sobarng konting chemical eng courses ang offered during summer..so un, i went to my back-up plan..graduate in 4 years (wow, 6 years to get my degree!!) with a master's degree in chemical eng.

 wtf..ano ba ang masters? ano bang ginagawa dun? on top of that, i'll be taking graduate courses with my undergraduate courses. wow..sobra stress..nafifeel ko na ngayon pa lang. siguro puro research yun..or ewan ko, puro defense. at may thesis..haha..pucha..thesis..i heard myself saying na ayokong gumawa ng thesis before going to college..but now, hello! it sounds scary and intimidating, pero i think it'll be fun.

kaya nga excited ako. i wanna know the opportunities i have once i graduate. what's in for a master's degree in chem eng? one thing for sure, hindi ako magiging professor..haha..

well, after all this is done, i dread only one thing,

na makakalbo ako dahil sa sobrang math at chemistry

ang loser ko..haha..ngaun ko lang napanood ang my sassy girl...babawiin ko na ung sinabi ko tungkol sa 300..2nd best nalang siya sa overall favorite movies ko..haha

and that makes me wonder...

do we leave everything to chance?

or

do what we need to do to get what we want?

well...kung pipiliin ang second..mas sigurado ang outcome diba? alam mo na yung mga gagawin mo, at mga plano..all set ka na sa buhay..

PERO

walang thrill...

pag pinili mo ung una..ang sarap ng feeling na ma surprise...un bang alam na alam mo na ito ang mangyayari, pero aantayin mo na mangyari talaga..let nature takes its course ika nga..

at parang mapapabuntong-hininga ka na lang sa huli...and the best part, it's universal..shet, ang hirap pagpilian! hahaha

pasensya, high sa movie haha...

pero ang 300...inspiration pa rin

for rock hard abs and muscles.

yan! after a very sloow week, inantay antay ko talaga tong weekend..bakit? shempre..300 na!!! pucha, sobra excited..

so pagdating namin sa theater, siempre sa matandang babae kami pumila, eto ang conversation:

me: 5 tickets for the 300 please

girl: how old are you?

m: 20

g: you can't buy five tickets unless ur 21 (WTF) and you have 2 people underage. you have to be 21 to get them both in.

m: (shet) to my cousins and mga kapatid, o ano gusto niyo panoorin? bridge to terabithia (sayang pera..), 23 (next time na), norbit (corny) so....

tinawag kami ng isang nagbebenat ng ticket

him: how many of you are above 17? (sabi ko 4)..here's what we'll do, i'll give you 4 tickets to 300 and i'll give him a ticket for NORBIT. when you get in..all of you go straight to theater 2, the 300.

m: (pucha) really? wow..thanks a lot

h: so that's 4 300 AND 1 NORBIT

m: OKAY!

pucha..ang lupit, bawal talaga pag underage ka.haha..so papasok na kami sa theater, kung saan pupunitin ung ticket...dapat hihingan ako ng ID..dirediretso lang ako..hahahahaha. di naman ako sinita naknampucha. AYOS

sa labas ng theater, may dalawang nakabantay. pucha..pano na..buti na lang umalis agad. TAPOS may epal na matanda na sinabi:

YOU GUYS ARE CERTAINLY UNDERAGE. YOU CAN'T GET IN, EVERYONE'S GETTING ID'D.

ah talaga manong? pano kami nakapasok? bakit kami may ticket? shut up and watch the movie and mind your own business. haha..so kami..sneaky sneaky..pasok kami sa theater.

YEHESS. finally nakapasok na. at pucha, oo ang ganda ng 300.

buo na araw ko. 

"tonight, we shall dine in hell!" pucha, idol na si leonidas, sana spartan ako, para may abs..or in that case, baka diniscard na ko pag bagong panganak pa lang..hahaha..pero i still want the abs..
